1. All-Inclusive "Door-to-Door" Global Shipping

We ship globally directly from our artisans' native workshops. Whether originating from the Mongolian Steppes, the Nile Valley, or other heritage regions, we provide a seamless "Door-to-Door" experience. Mu & Mortise covers all international logistical costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, clearance charges, and import taxes. The price you pay is all-inclusive; we manage the bureaucratic burden of cross-border trade so you can simply receive your artifact.

2. Production & Delivery Timeframes

Because we do not rely on mass production, our timelines reflect the pace of traditional craftsmanship:

• The Heritage Collection (Kilims): These pieces are Made to Order (Commissioned). Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the hand-weaving process to be completed. Once off the loom, international transit typically takes 5-7 business days via premium couriers.
• The Highland Archive (Yak Wool): These pre-crafted artifacts are dispatched from our facilities within 2-3 business days. International delivery generally takes 5-7 business days.
• The Papyrus Collection: Authentic hand-painted papyrus artworks are carefully packaged in protective cylindrical tubes to ensure their integrity. They are dispatched within 2-3 business days, with international delivery taking 5-7 business days.

3. Tracking Your Artifact

Once your artifact is ready and dispatched, you will receive a secure tracking link via email. We partner exclusively with premier global logistics providers (such as DHL Express or FedEx) to ensure your piece is handled with the utmost care from our workshop to your threshold.
