Our "Estimated Delivery" times (typically 4-6 weeks) are estimates, not guarantees. Because we rely on primitive methods—hand-forging, hand-looming, and solar curing—production is subject to environmental factors. We prioritize quality over speed.
3. All-Inclusive "Door-to-Door" Global Shipping
We ship globally directly from our artisans' native workshops. Whether originating from the Mongolian Steppes, the Nile Valley, or other heritage regions, we provide a seamless "Door-to-Door" experience. Mu & Mortise covers all international logistical costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, clearance charges, and import taxes. The price you pay is all-inclusive; we manage the bureaucratic burden of cross-border trade so you can simply receive your artifact.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, Mu & Mortise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our handcrafted items are intended for decorative and standard lifestyle use only.
